Terms and Conditions
Cancellations:
· 50% deposit is non refundable for any party/function cancellations. The full quoted rate will apply if cancellation does not give 48 hours notice before function date/time. Please ask Office for full ‘Terms & Conditions’ for more details.
· All other bookings that are not cancelled in advance will be charged at the full rate.
· The Hirer shall be responsible for leaving the premises and surrounding area in a clean and tidy condition and any contents temporarily removed from their usual positions properly replaced, otherwise the Centre shall be at liberty to make an additional charge.
· Whilst the Ellesmere Centre are actively trying to support local sport participation, if a standard rate booking request comes into the Centre we reserve the right to request a block booked subsidised sport activity to either change their time or date.
Friday Last Minute Bookings
New in 2010, Friday last minute family bookings for that weekend. Sports bookings can be taken for that weekend on a Friday at a reduced rate on ‘late availability’ basis. Please note this offer is to encourage children and teenagers to take part in sporting activities and is not applicable for groups, clubs or associations.
· Astro tennis court £4.00 per hour
· Sports Hall £4.00 per hour activities to include, badminton, indoor tennis, indoor football, rollerblading and much more
· Small Hall £4.00 per hour activities include table tennis
· Squash Court £3.00 per 40 minutes
